A trader sees the whole chain, an operator talks to both the ship and the customer, and an engineer in solar or healthcare works alongside the people who finance and deliver the equipment. You learn fast because you are trusted early.

Most of our senior people arrived with a decade elsewhere — on a desk, in a port, in a bank or on a hospital floor.
What they found here is range. A trader can move from metals to energy, an operator from Rotterdam to Singapore, a project manager from solar into healthcare equipment. If you want to stay in one lane, we are probably not the place. If you want to see how the lanes connect, you will be busy.

Start where the decisions are made
Our internships and graduate programme put you on a desk, in an operations team or on a project site from the first week.
You rotate through at least two businesses and two offices, with a named mentor and a real portfolio of work to show for it at the end.
